Shipping & Delivery
At Cadore, every detail matters, from the way our boxes are curated to how they arrive at your door. We take great care to ensure each delivery is handled with the same thoughtfulness that goes into our gifts.
Pre-order Deliveries
Cadore operates on a pre-order basis for the holiday season. All pre-ordered gift boxes will be delivered between December 13–23 within Ottawa and surrounding areas.
When you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. A few days before your scheduled delivery, we’ll send a follow-up with your expected delivery date and time window.
We recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred delivery period, as quantities are limited and fulfillment is planned in advance.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery across the Ottawa region. If you’re just outside our service area, please reach out to us at hello@cadoregifts.ca we may be able to arrange a custom delivery or pickup option depending on availability.
Delivery Method
All Cadore boxes are delivered by hand through trusted local couriers to ensure your gifts arrive safely and beautifully presented. We take great care to maintain the integrity and presentation of each box throughout the process.
Pickup Options
At this time, Cadore offers delivery only. We may introduce pickup options in the future - sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new options and delivery zones.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@cadoregifts.ca within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Future Shipping
We’re excited to grow! While we currently serve Ottawa and nearby areas, we’re working toward expanding our shipping options beyond the region. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when national delivery becomes available.
